How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All STASH Lounge products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please reach out with your order number and a photo of the defect.
